• Maintain management control over equipment and personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure all services and supplies adhere to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be a "U.S. Person" to comply with U.S. export controls under ITAR.
• Proven experience in scheduling and managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Physical ability to work in industrial environments, including heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
