What you will do

• Co-shape the product roadmap and identify high-impact problems to solve.
• Ship features rapidly using AI-assisted prototyping tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Define and own user-facing metrics to ensure features deliver measurable value.
• Lead multi-project technical initiatives that create leverage for the entire engineering team.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and customer success teams to iterate on real feedback.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and architectural design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep feature ownership.
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of product ownership and moving metrics.
• AI-native operating style with experience in AI-assisted prototyping.
• Strong design taste and ability to ship customer-facing UI independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Prior B2B SaaS experience in customer success or sales tooling.
• Founder or lead-engineer experience at an early-stage company.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical advisory capacity.
