What you will do
- Source talent and develop candidate pipelines through employer branding, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct touchpoint calls with candidates for hard-to-fill roles and communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR/Benefits partners to identify candidate trends for open headcount.
- Lead intake and hiring strategy sessions, provide coaching during selection, and prepare/facilitate final interview prep meetings.
- Support interviews and ensure timely, consistent candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly recruitment reporting on metrics and trends for priority roles.
Requirements
- 1 year of related work experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management, follow-up, and ability to meet committed timelines.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
- High attention to detail and flexibility to create new processes and strategies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
