What you will do
- Lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment direction, ensuring strategy and delivery quality across all regions and client accounts.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Delivery, and Sales, to align hiring with business goals.
- Coach and develop a global team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance.
- Drive technical workforce planning, capacity management, and proactive talent pipeline strategies.
- Provide leadership and escalation support for complex or high-risk senior technical hiring situations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading IT/technical recruitment in international or service-based environments.
- Proven ability to manage expectations and partner with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
- Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
- English: C1 level or higher required.
