What you will do

  • Lead the global Technical (IT) Recruitment direction, ensuring strategy and delivery quality across all regions and client accounts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Delivery, and Sales, to align hiring with business goals.
  • Coach and develop a global team of technical recruiters and recruitment managers.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve technical recruitment processes, policies, and governance.
  • Drive technical workforce planning, capacity management, and proactive talent pipeline strategies.
  • Provide leadership and escalation support for complex or high-risk senior technical hiring situations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading IT/technical recruitment in international or service-based environments.
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and partner with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles.
  • Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
  • English: C1 level or higher required.
