What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution plan for a Care vertical, aligning with priorities of quality, member experience, and scalability.
- Diagnose performance gaps and translate them into a clear roadmap of initiatives and expected impacts.
- Define sustainable scaling models, including operating models, tooling needs, and automation opportunities.
- Manage measurable outcomes for the vertical, such as member satisfaction, resolution quality, and SLA health.
- Drive cross-functional delivery by writing problem statements and aligning stakeholders across Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Lead and coach team members to increase their scope and impact through structured feedback and ownership.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven experience owning and delivering a significant part of an operational or Care strategic plan in a tech or high-growth environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate company priorities into an executable roadmap.
- Highly data-driven approach to defining metrics and identifying root causes of performance issues.
- Excellent program/project management skills to drive multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with outsourcing and vendor management (e.g., BPOs, external partners).
- Experience operating across multiple countries or languages.
