Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (3 days in office preferred)
Salary: $94,500 – $160,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and execute strategic plans to drive expansion across Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
- Manage multiple sales cycles and campaigns targeting data engineering and analytics personas.
- Protect renewals by monitoring account health signals and deepening executive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers realize consistent value from the data stack.
- Engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management with a proven track record.
- Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX in a hybrid capacity.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proactive and organized approach to managing a diverse book of business.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
- Familiarity with dbt and modern data stack platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing structures.
- Proficiency in MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology.
