What you will do

• Deploy and operationalize SaaS platforms and data services within U.S. defense mission environments.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during field engagements and military exercises.
• Design and implement API integrations with mission-critical platforms like Palantir Foundry and Gotham.
• Partner with Business Development to support technical discovery, demonstrations, and pilot programs.
• Capture field insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Develop repeatable deployment processes and technical documentation for scalable implementations.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to export control laws.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance (active clearance strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting government, defense, or mission-critical technology programs.
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel to customer sites and operational units.
