What you will do

• Craft and iterate UX copy for onboarding, checkout flows, and promotions to optimize engagement and comprehension.
• Design conversational AI experiences, including writing and refining system prompts for support and in-product features.
• Conduct audits and research to identify gaps and drive content consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Create and maintain best-practice documentation and guidelines for product managers and designers.
• Partner with user researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to align content with user needs and technical limitations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Content Designer or UX Writer in a fast-paced technology company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI copy, microcopy, information architecture, and conversation design for mobile and web.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Outstanding command of English grammar and spelling (C1+ level).
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
