What you will do

• Establish a global or regional Project Controls Center of Excellence to define uniform methodologies and data governance.
• Govern cost and estimating frameworks to ensure validated project baselines and budget adherence.
• Oversee integrated schedules, resource allocation models, and change management workflows.
• Lead monthly forecasting, cost modeling, and variance analysis for large-scale capital programs.
• Manage and mentor distributed teams of controls professionals, cost managers, and schedulers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a single source of truth for project performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Project Controls, Cost, or Commercial Management for large-scale mission-critical data center programs.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing distributed teams and external partners.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise tools including Primavera P6, Procore, and Oracle Unifier.
• Deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), construction change orders, and schedule quality.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
