What you will do

• Install, maintain, and operate equipment in hydraulic, heating, water, air, or gas systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and replace faulty components, including hydraulic pumps.
• Build special test equipment for engineering purposes.
• Determine hook-up methods for instruments and valves, including soldering, brazing, and welding.
• Maintain oil levels and perform filter changes and contamination monitoring.
• Collaborate with machine repair and electrician personnel to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
• 3 years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency with measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, or layouts.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including night shifts (2nd/3rd) and overtime.
