Senior Specialist - Sales and Service (Retail Banking)

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; UAE National applicants only

Salary: AED 22,500–28,000 per month, plus eligibility for variable pay plans

What you will do

• Respond to client queries and complaints, complete transactions, and process service requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Support revenue-generating activities, educate clients about access options and channel migration, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate internal reports, proposed solutions, and mitigating actions for business-area meetings.
• Prepare internal memos, requests, and customer letters, and follow up on departmental documentation.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to maintain appropriate and effective internal and external communications.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, and service quality requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of banking experience in a sales and service environment at a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of core banking systems.
• Customer service orientation and analytical skills.
• UAE National status is required.
