What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities for chatbot and voicebot initiatives.
• Design conversation flows, user journeys, and prepare logic and prompt documentation.
• Configure AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie.
• Implement API integrations between Conversational AI platforms and enterprise systems.
• Configure NLP models, intents, entities, and dialogue management.
• Perform functional and end-to-end solution testing to ensure NLP quality.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in delivering Conversational AI, chatbot, or voicebot projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major Conversational AI platform.
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts, including intents, entities, and training phrases.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Fluent Polish and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting German language projects.
• Background in customer service or call center automation.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM-based conversational solutions.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Platform).
• Consulting or client-facing project delivery experience.
