What you will do

• Manage and optimize internal AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Build telemetry and dashboards to track AI adoption trends and productivity changes.
• Develop early prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and experiments with AI agents.
• Collaborate with the Head of AI & Data to validate technical approaches and feasibility.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with documentation and prompt examples.

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical skills with LLM workflows, including prompting, evaluation, and agents.
• Experience in AWS environments (Bedrock, serverless, IAM).
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
