Specialist, Integrations & Catalog Management (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with an expectation of working in the Toronto office 2–4 times per month.

Salary: CAD 62,000–78,000 annually plus 8% target incentives.

What you will do

• Manage EDI and API integration engagements with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customer operations teams.
• Investigate SAP, MuleSoft, API, order, and supplier data issues, escalating incidents and coordinating root-cause resolution.
• Analyze EDI metrics, monitor order breakdowns, and improve end-to-end automation, including the use of AI and new MCP functionality.
• Support finance and operations integrations involving invoicing, freight charges, supplier costs, overage billing, currencies, and SAP processes.
• Onboard suppliers to end-to-end integrations and lead updates to the PNA API.
• Manage supplier catalogs, price lists, SKU mappings, item attributes, and proactive product creation in SAP.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business or operations environment.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data analysis or data management; SQL query programming and SSRS experience is useful.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Hybrid availability for the Toronto office 2–4 times per month.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, MuleSoft, or Salesforce.
• Experience with SQL query programming, SSRS, or similar data analysis tools.
