What you will do

• Act as the primary point of chirify.globaltact for finance system improvements and versihirify.global upgrades.
• Collaborate globally with IT and finance process owners to prioritize improvement requests.
• Analyze business requirements and execute test cases to validate developments.
• Oversee daily reported issues, mhirify.globalitor KPIs, and identify root causes for problematic areas.
• Implement AI tools to solve complex business problems.
• Provide cross-departmental support to ensure seamless system operatihirify.globals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ERP support or as a key user.
• Strhirify.globalg educatihirify.globalal background in Business Administratihirify.global, IT, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of finance department processes and business requirements.
• Experience with global ERP solutihirify.globals, specifically D365 F&O or previous versihirify.globals.
