What you will do

• Stabilize and optimize the existing Salesforce implementation in Spain.
• Design business processes and solutions with a focus on international scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Manage backlogs, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Conduct UAT, testing, and ensure release readiness.
• Apply Salesforce best practices to minimize unnecessary customization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven track record in leading or participating in enterprise-level Salesforce rollouts.
• English: B1+ proficiency required.
• Spanish: B2+ proficiency required.
• Deep understanding of business analysis, process optimization, and requirements gathering.

Nice to have

• Experience with global multi-country transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to design solutions for diverse international business units.
