What you will do

• Lead the overall project management for the SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiative.
• Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Prepare and present materials for the steering committee.
• Align project activities with other departments to manage dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, including decision logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a proven track record in S/4HANA release upgrades.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid technical understanding of upgrade concepts such as client concepts, freeze periods, and system dependencies.
• English proficiency required for project communication.
• Must be available for 50% on-site work in Zurich.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale, multi-business-unit, and multi-country landscapes.
• German language skills are a strong plus.
