What you will do

• Design and maintain standardized SAP demand intake processes, governance, and documentation.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Capture, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements using requirements engineering practices.
• Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Provide technical consulting on SAP Authorization Management, including SAP ABAP Authorizations, SAP BTP roles, and SAP Cloud Identity Services (optionally SAP IDM).
• Define quality gates, review backlogs, validate requirement quality/feasibility, and report to stakeholders with improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Authorization Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP Authorizations.
• Practical experience with SAP BTP authorizations and SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Proven experience in requirements engineering (analysis, qualification, and documentation).
• Experience designing and optimizing intake and demand management processes.
• German: Upper-Intermediate and above; English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM).
• Experience establishing and managing quality gates for requirements processes.
• Knowledge of workflow and intake process automation.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong documentation/organizational skills.
