Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (TravelTech)

Location: Based in Germany (preferably Berlin) or Brazil (São Paulo). Hybrid work model. Relocation opportunities available.

What you will do

• Provide technical consultation to new partners to ensure certification standards are met during product implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of leading transport operators to support their growth and performance.
• Define and execute commercial and technical growth initiatives in coordination with internal product, engineering, and finance teams.
• Conceptualize and implement automated operational processes and tooling.
• Build strong relationships with partners to guide the development of core product offerings and increase brand stickiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as Consulting, Product, or Partnerships teams in startups.
• Fluent Portuguese language skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, with strong technical acumen.
• Strong data analytics skills to derive insights and drive business decisions.
• Experience in cross-functional project management, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing product bugs.
