What you will do

  • Act as a governance function representative and drive continuous improvement and best practices across programmes.
  • Maintain and enhance governance and StageGate frameworks, standards, processes, and tools aligned to corporate governance requirements.
  • Oversee and administer core governance processes (including StageGate) across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate governance inputs to the Regulatory StageGate process and support planning, approvals, and progress tracking.
  • Produce, assure, and manage governance documentation, submissions, and reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and governance forums (meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions) and maintain governance records and document control.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in governance, programme management, business management, or project controls.
  • Extensive experience ensuring effective governance across capital projects and programmes in large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record contributing to delivery of complex projects or programmes.
  • Strong familiarity with governance best practices, emerging industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working in PMO/programme support functions, including schedule, cost, risk, and information management.
