What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on packaging equipment including belts, motors, and bearings.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Update the CMMS with work order results and maintenance status daily.
• Maintain organized workspaces and support 5S and centerlining initiatives.
• Read and interpret operating instructions and maintenance manuals for equipment repairs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure packaging lines meet customer demands.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Boardman, OR
• English proficiency required for verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and climbing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing.
• Ability to obtain Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
