Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 + 10% Bonus + Travel Stipend

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Hearing Care Coordinators through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Monitor regional KPIs, including demand, capacity, and evaluation targets to drive performance success.
• Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, HIPAA regulations, and local/federal laws.
• Oversee clinic inventory, insurance benefit checks, and transaction accuracy.
• Coordinate and support community events and local marketing activities to drive patient engagement.
• Facilitate onboarding and continuous training for team members to ensure high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Iowa or Missouri.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Prior management and training experience.
• Experience with hearing aids or Sycle.net.
