What you will do
- Proactively identify and monitor risks across supported business units.
- Conduct risk reviews and recommend improvements to close control gaps.
- Challenge the existing risk and control framework to enhance the environment.
- Partner with business units and technology teams to address residual risks.
- Analyze key risk metrics and trends to drive remediation efforts.
- Maintain and vet RCSA templates to ensure alignment with the current risk environment.
Requirements
- Solid experience in the Financial Industry and Operations.
- Strong control mindset and passion for risk management.
- Ability to perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends.
- Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong project management and time management capabilities.
