What you will do

• Proactively identify and monitor risks across supported business units.
• Conduct risk reviews and recommend improvements to close control gaps.
• Challenge the existing risk and control framework to enhance the environment.
• Partner with business units and technology teams to address residual risks.
• Analyze key risk metrics and trends to drive remediation efforts.
• Maintain and vet RCSA templates to ensure alignment with the current risk environment.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the Financial Industry and Operations.
• Strong control mindset and passion for risk management.
• Ability to perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends.
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
