Ils Analyst (Fintech)

Ils Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the Head of ILS solutions in the execution, monitoring, and management of hirify.global’s trading relationship with Nephila with an accent on collateral tracking, transaction support, and financial modelling. Focus on internal stakeholder coordination and contributing to the continuous development of hirify.global’s ILS strategy.

Location: Onsite in Bermuda

What you will do

• Assist in the preparation of transaction summaries, facility snapshots, memorandums, and presentations for executive leadership.
• Track compliance with key contractual provisions in quota shares, underwriting guidelines and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with Ceded Re to track collateral on an aggregate and individual fund basis.
• Assist in building and maintaining a strategy dashboard to share key insights with senior leaders.
• Conduct market research to help keep senior leadership informed on industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in underwriting, capital markets or asset management.
• Intermediate Excel and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional designation preferred (MBA, MSc, CFA or CPA).
