What you will do

• Analyze tenders, RFPs, and RFIs to design end-to-end solution concepts and architectural visions.
• Define architecture drivers, quality attributes, and technical stacks for complex government projects.
• Conduct ballpark estimations, risk evaluations, and trade-off analyses of solution options.
• Collaborate with sales, business analysts, and UX designers to create competitive technical proposal content.
• Develop proofs of concept and prototypes to validate the technical vision and reduce risk.
• Lead senior stakeholder discussions and support the transition from presales to delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience using technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, or Java.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and software architecture.
• Proven experience in the government sector or compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled systems and their integration in presales engagements.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and Ukrainian: Advanced/Native required.
