What you will do

• Manage complex FinCrime tasks including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and multi-jurisdictional investigations.
• Write, review, and submit high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the National Crime Agency.
• Maintain competency in core investigative tasks to support domain Service Level Agreements.
• Coach and mentor investigators on financial crime typologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations Analysts to update and embed operational guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Deep expertise in KYB and AML within a regulated financial setting.
• Proven ability to conduct end-to-end business due diligence and complex investigations.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international financial crime trends and the UK SAR regime.
• Ability to work a 37.5-hour week, including one weekend every 4 weeks.
• Excellent research and analytical skills using open-source intelligence.
