What you will do

• Lead, document, and improve KYB and onboarding processes ensuring up-to-date guidelines.
• Oversee CDD and EDD controls ensuring compliance with EU regulatory standards.
• Manage EDD reviews for high- and medium-risk SME clients with complex structures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Support, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to implement automations and efficiencies.
• Analyze operational data to identify risk trends and potential AML issues.
• Act as main contact for KYB and EDD process questions and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Limassol, Cyprus
• 5+ years experience in KYB, EDD, or AML operations, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of EU AMLD, FATF, and AML/CTF frameworks.
• Experience with SME and high-risk client onboarding and complex ownership structures.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
