TL;DR

DTX Marketing Project Manager (Marketing/Go-To-Market): Own end-to-end delivery of GTM initiatives, NPIs, and complex content projects for the DTX eCommerce organization with an accent on project lifecycle governance, cross-functional alignment, and proactive risk management. Focus on structuring work in Asana, running category calendar planning with CRM cycles, and driving decision-making through outcome-based project meetings.

What you will do

  • Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-mortem, ensuring briefs, tasks, milestones, and dependencies are documented and communicated.
  • Assign tasks and deadlines in Asana boards and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • Run project meetings focused on outcomes, alignment, decision-making, and risk mitigation.
  • Govern the rolling category calendar by integrating CRM cycles, tentpole moments, and major content launches.
  • Lead quarterly planning and resource allocation, including agendas, recaps, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies early, and lead status reporting and post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-dependency workstreams.
  • Extensive experience using Asana (or similar) to structure work and leverage tool capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and assertive with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leads without direct authority.
