What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to maximize platform effectiveness.
• Explain complex technical and investigative concepts to diverse stakeholders, from analysts to senior executives.
• Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations for compliance and risk teams.
• Conduct structured training sessions in English and Mandarin to embed the platform into customer workflows.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer by channeling feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Monitor engagement trends to identify churn risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in crypto, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in regulatory contexts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
