Systems Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Manage and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) with internal teams and partners.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
• Design solutions that outperform competitor offerings based on customer requirements.
• Present technical plans and solutions through whiteboarding, white papers, and customer discussions.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1) is required.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing end-to-end technical deals.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and network security.
• Solid understanding of SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, SIEM, XDR, EDR, and WAF.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
