What you will do

  • Develop and lead social media strategies and community management for Luxury, Food & Drink, and Pharma accounts.
  • Manage and mentor social media teams to ensure quality control and clear direction across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with creative and paid media teams to produce platform-native content that drives awareness and conversion.
  • Optimize brand content for social search and strengthen citation within AI-generated answers.
  • Oversee social listening, competitor benchmarking, and campaign reporting to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Establish governance documents, tone of voice guidelines, and community response matrices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media leadership, including managing community functions and mentoring teams.
  • Proven track record managing multiple clients simultaneously across various verticals (Luxury, Beauty, FMCG, or Pharma preferred).
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, publishing best practices, and content formats for different audiences.
  • Expertise in social reporting and analytics with the ability to interpret data into strategy.
  • Experience aligning organic and paid social strategies.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Knowledge of social search.
  • Understanding of the role of social content in AI visibility.
