What you will do

• Analyze system metrics and logs to perform tuning and fault-finding across infrastructure layers.
• Improve observability and reliability by correlating data across distributed systems.
• Facilitate firefighting processes and provide issue summaries for product and platform teams.
• Conduct blameless postmortems and root cause analysis investigations.
• Contribute to documentation, run-books, and automation tools.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and conducting technical workshops.

Requirements

• Advanced Linux administration experience.
• Solid programming experience in Go, Python, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or Terraform.
• Proficiency with observability tools like DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, or Jaeger.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS EKS, Alicloud ACS) and Rancher.
• Background in working with globally distributed systems.
