Country Manager (Medical Cannabis)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Poland and willing to travel across the country

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end launch of the Polish legal entity and oversee daily operations.
• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to scale the business in Poland.
• Navigate complex regulatory and licensing requirements for the import and distribution of cannabis medicines.
• Establish and negotiate the local supply chain, including partnerships with importers and wholesalers.
• Design operational processes and SOPs for patient onboarding, logistics, and clinical operations.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing local team.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building operational structures from scratch.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience navigating Polish regulatory requirements in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Fluent Polish and strong professional English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Poland.
• Ability to work autonomously while reporting to a remote international leadership team.

Nice to have

• Direct experience within the Polish cannabis sector (import, wholesale, or distribution).
• Existing relationships with suppliers and wholesalers in the Polish pharmaceutical market.
• Experience setting up or scaling a legal business entity in Poland.
• Experience operating patient-facing healthcare services or clinics.
