What you will do

• Investigate and resolve client support tickets to address platform issues.
• Research and implement innovative technical solutions to meet evolving client needs.
• Provide high-quality client support via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and product quality.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for new product releases.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and conduct training sessions.

Requirements

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a technical or training field.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
