What you will do

• Support hirify.global applications and create custom models and screens to solve complex financial queries.
• Provide expert solutions to clients via telephone, email, instant messaging, and proprietary channels.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development teams to improve product offerings.
• Analyze and promote suggestions for the improvement of internal workflows.
• Maintain high-quality support standards and meet performance targets.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and competitor product developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Business.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced web searching skills.
• Genuine interest or professional experience in financial markets.
• Ability to work in a shifting schedule.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
