TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the post-sale lifecycle for SMB and Mid-Market customers to drive product adoption and value realization with an accent on compensation intelligence and product expertise. Focus on handling high-volume inbound requests, managing customer tasks via Gainsight, and collaborating with product teams to improve the user experience.

Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)

Salary: ₱55,000 per month

What you will do

  • Support a high volume of SMB and Mid-Market customers from post-sale through renewal.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize maximum value from hirify.global solutions.
  • Act as a compensation and product expert, providing best practices to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Manage inbound customer requests via email and Zoom calls.
  • Utilize Gainsight to manage tasks and track customer success milestones.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to act as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Must be based in the Philippines (Manila office hybrid model).
  • Ability to maintain a stable broadband/fiber connection (min 100 Mbps) and MFA-capable device.
