Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)
Salary: ₱55,000 per month

What you will do
- Support a high volume of SMB and Mid-Market customers from post-sale through renewal.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize maximum value from solutions.
- Act as a compensation and product expert, providing best practices to maintain customer loyalty.
- Manage inbound customer requests via email and Zoom calls.
- Utilize Gainsight to manage tasks and track customer success milestones.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to act as the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Must be based in the Philippines (Manila office hybrid model).
- Ability to maintain a stable broadband/fiber connection (min 100 Mbps) and MFA-capable device.
