What you will do

  • Deliver business acceptance testing (BAT) across various projects and change initiatives.
  • Review requirements and test artefacts throughout the delivery lifecycles.
  • Produce detailed test plans, scripts, evidence, and audit documentation.
  • Execute test scenarios and validate outcomes against business requirements.
  • Log, manage, and retest defects using JIRA or similar management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product stakeholders to communicate risks and progress.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Hove, UK.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to pensions, insurance, or other regulated financial services industries.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms.
