What you will do
- Deliver business acceptance testing (BAT) across various projects and change initiatives.
- Review requirements and test artefacts throughout the delivery lifecycles.
- Produce detailed test plans, scripts, evidence, and audit documentation.
- Execute test scenarios and validate outcomes against business requirements.
- Log, manage, and retest defects using JIRA or similar management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product stakeholders to communicate risks and progress.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Hove, UK.
Nice to have
- Exposure to pensions, insurance, or other regulated financial services industries.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms.
