What you will do

• Test and track bugs to ensure features are at a shippable quality.
• Review daily changes and perform regular sanity testing to prevent regressions.
• Create in-depth test plans for assigned features.
• Identify negative player experiences within gameplay.
• Collaborate with Production and Development teams to track and resolve issues.
• Assist in profiling features to capture performance and pinpoint problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Ability to work remotely or from the West Midlands (Birmingham/Worcestershire).
• Confidence in taking initiative and thinking outside the box.
• Strong communication skills for daily alignment with the lead.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 & 5.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other bug tracking software.
• Experience with Perforce.
• Understanding of the game development pipeline and testing protocols.
• Games design degree or equivalent.
• Previous professional QA experience.
