TL;DR

Product Designer: Crafting intuitive experiences for a freelance marketplace platform with an accent on UI/UX design, design systems, and user research. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Valencia or Madrid (Hybrid role).

Salary: €30,000–€46,000 (OTE).

What you will do

• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, mobile, and tablet using Figma.
• Conduct user tests to validate designs and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and developers in a Product Trio to shape solutions.
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Prepare structured developer handoffs and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the design and prototyping process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Valencia or Madrid.
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design and strategic thinking.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, ideally Series A.
• Spanish: C1+ proficiency required for daily collaboration.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience with design systems and responsive layouts.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplaces or multi-sided products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Clarity.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
