What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end ML solutions in partnership with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Drive the strategy and implementation of large-scale training infrastructure, including LLM fine-tuning and RL workloads.
• Optimize the end-to-end model lifecycle to reduce iteration time and improve model quality.
• Integrate disparate platform surfaces into a coherent, high-performance developer experience.
• Define the strategic roadmap for AI infrastructure and mentor senior engineers across the organization.
• Translate complex user pain points into actionable platform requirements and reference architectures.

Requirements

• Expert-level mastery of ML lifecycle platforms like Kubeflow or MLflow and distributed training frameworks like PyTorch or Ray.
• At least 8 years of experience in Kubernetes, containerization, and high-performance computing clusters.
• Outstanding system design capability for scalable, secure, and multi-tenant platform services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, fine-tuning infrastructure, or serving optimization.
• Proven ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments with full end-to-end ownership.
