What you will do

• Develop and deploy advanced AI solutions (LLM and non-LLM) for physical R&D automation.
• Design and implement innovative approaches for AI reasoning using proprietary algorithms and public tools.
• Build and maintain production-ready MLOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Implement scalable API microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI.
• Optimize RAG systems, multi-agent architectures, and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into user-facing products.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with LLM production deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in RAG, multi-agent architectures, and LLM evaluation metrics.
• Strong background in advanced AI topics such as simulation, world models, or reinforcement learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
