What you will do

• Develop and deploy advanced AI solutions (LLM and non-LLM) for physical R&D automation and mechatronics.
• Design and implement innovative AI reasoning approaches using proprietary ontologies and algorithms.
• Build and maintain production-ready MLOps infrastructure on cloud platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and optimize RAG systems, multi-agent architectures, and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into user-facing products.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with LLM production deployment, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in RAG, agents, multi-agent architectures, and LLM evaluation metrics.
• Expertise in simulation of dynamic systems, world models, or robotics/mechatronics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
