UX Director (Gamedev)

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 43 300 - 59 500 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Define and evolve the Player Experience vision across games, services, and touchpoints.
• Establish player-centric principles, standards, frameworks, and success metrics.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including UX Research, UX Design, and Game Analytics.
• Integrate research, analytics, and player feedback into a unified view of the player journey.
• Partner with Game Directors and Technology Directors to improve player outcomes.
• Represent the player perspective in portfolio planning and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading UX, Player Experience, or Product Experience functions in games or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across design and research.
• Deep understanding of player behavior, live operations, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong foundation in accessibility, usability, and UX design best practices.
• Experience building and scaling shared services or centers-of-excellence.
• Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
