TL;DR
Experienced UX Designer (Cybersecurity): Shaping the future of security products and services for global business customers with an accent on end-to-end design execution and UX strategy. Focus on designing complex user journeys, conducting design validation, and ensuring consistency across the Business ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (Relocation benefit available)
Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 PLN (gross) + performance bonus up to 14%

What you will do
- Lead and own the design of user experiences across multiple products and complex touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product management, solution architects, engineering, and marketing to define the best possible user experience.
- Execute end-to-end design including research, validation, and iteration of design solutions.
- Design complex user journeys and flows to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences across the B2B ecosystem.
- Plan and conduct design validation using usability testing, data, and analytics to drive improvements.
- Contribute to and shape broader UX initiatives, processes, and best practices within the global team.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of professional experience in UX-related work.
- Proven experience working on complex digital products.
- Relevant degree in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, or Product Design.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B products.
- Experience with Service Design.
- Hands-on experience with usability testing and analytics.
