Experienced UX Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in Krakow, Brno, or Prague

Salary: 18,000–20,000 PLN gross per month, with the potential for an individual increase and a performance bonus of up to 14% of the base salary paid twice a year.

What you will do

• Lead the design of complex user journeys and flows across multiple products and touchpoints.
• Own end-to-end design execution, including research, design, validation, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product management, solution architects, engineering, marketing, and business leadership.
• Maintain consistency and quality across the hirify.global Business ecosystem through design patterns and usability best practices.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, use data and analytics, and translate findings into improvements.
• Contribute to broader UX initiatives, processes, and team best practices.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in UX-related work.
• Experience designing complex digital products.
• Relevant education in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Architecture, Product Design, or a similar field.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and technical comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience with Service Design.
• Experience with usability testing and analytics.
