TL;DR

Legal Counsel (AI): Managing the full commercial contracting lifecycle for B2B customers and partners with an accent on SaaS agreements, DPAs, and consumer-facing T&Cs. Focus on negotiating complex enterprise deals, improving contract lifecycle management, and integrating AI-enabled legal workflows.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (office attendance required twice a week)

What you will do

  • Review and negotiate complex B2B agreements, including SaaS, MSA, DPAs, and NDAs.
  • Manage partner and channel agreements such as reseller, distribution, referral, and integration contracts.
  • Develop and advise on consumer-facing T&Cs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide the Go-to-Market team with pragmatic and commercially-focused legal advice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Privacy, Product Legal, and Legal Ops teams.
  • Improve internal contract lifecycle management and maintain legal templates and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in-house at a tech or SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating B2B SaaS and partner agreements in English.
  • Familiarity with data protection law and DPA negotiation.
  • Exposure to consumer law and legal work across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working across EMEA, AMER, or APAC regions.
  • Interest in AI-enabled legal workflows and legal technology.
  • Additional language skills.
