Location: Remote or Hybrid (Office in Paris, France)

Salary: €130K – €180K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define the long-term growth strategy and build scalable systems for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate product-led growth loops and optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
• Scale paid acquisition, SEO, ASO, influencer, and referral channels across European markets.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and develop repeatable playbooks for international expansion.
• Oversee brand, communications, content, social media, and product marketing.
• Recruit and develop a world-class growth and marketing team focused on ownership and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling a consumer product from hundreds of thousands to millions of users.
• Experience leading high-performing Growth organizations across the entire funnel (acquisition to monetization).
• Strong experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Experience leading international expansion and managing significant marketing budgets.
• Must be based in or able to work remotely within France or Europe.
