TL;DR
VP Growth (Fintech/Crypto): Leading the entire growth engine from acquisition to monetization with an accent on scalable systems and international expansion across Europe. Focus on building product-led growth loops, optimizing LTV/CAC, and scaling the user base from hundreds of thousands to millions.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Office in Paris, France)
Salary: €130K – €180K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Define the long-term growth strategy and build scalable systems for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate product-led growth loops and optimize onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
- Scale paid acquisition, SEO, ASO, influencer, and referral channels across European markets.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and develop repeatable playbooks for international expansion.
- Oversee brand, communications, content, social media, and product marketing.
- Recruit and develop a world-class growth and marketing team focused on ownership and experimentation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling a consumer product from hundreds of thousands to millions of users.
- Experience leading high-performing Growth organizations across the entire funnel (acquisition to monetization).
- Strong experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Experience leading international expansion and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Must be based in or able to work remotely within France or Europe.
