TL;DR

Head of Solution & Commercialization Strategy (Fintech): Leading the GTM roadmap and commercialization of identity trust infrastructure with an accent on translating technical platform capabilities into scalable vertical solutions. Focus on designing value-based pricing frameworks, architecting "Solution-in-a-Box" packages for high-priority sectors, and driving revenue growth through portfolio diversification.

Location: Hybrid - US (Miami, FL; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA)

Salary: $350K – $395K + Equity & Bonus

hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy to verify identities in real time and prevent fraud.

What you will do

  • Own the GTM Roadmap and translate platform and product potential into commercial wins.
  • Architect vertical solution packages for sectors like Gaming and Neobanks to increase win rates.
  • Design and govern a value-based pricing framework and the company "Price Book".
  • Establish GTM readiness criteria and a commercialization playbook for solution launches.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align technical milestones with marketable value.
  • Design horizontal tiering structures (e.g., Good/Better/Best) to scale the platform globally.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 10+ years in product management, product strategy, or solutions strategy roles.
  • 5+ years at Head level or equivalent leading multi-product or multi-vertical portfolios.
  • Proven track record in architecting value-based pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Deep familiarity with highly regulated environments such as Financial Services, Fintech, or Gaming.
  • Must be based in the US and work in a hybrid setup (Miami, NY, SF, or Seattle).
