What you will do

• Test and validate new marine capabilities to ensure robustness and high quality before release.
• Develop and document technical user workflows, best practices, and validation results.
• Create Python scripts and automation tools to enhance user productivity and simulation efficiency.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to customers to accelerate the adoption of marine simulation solutions.
• Partner with R&D and application engineering teams to translate user insights into product improvements.
• Engage directly with the global marine simulation community to understand their technical needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Fluid Mechanics.
• Professional experience in product or application engineering within marine or simulation-focused environments.
• Proficiency in Python for developing automation solutions and scripts.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex engineering workflows and recommend improvements.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, guidelines, and reports.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Knowledge of specific marine applications: resistance, seakeeping, propulsion, manoeuvring, and external aerodynamics.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Expertise in the automation and optimization of simulation processes.
