What you will do

  • Develop location strategies for new store openings, relocations, closures, and extensions.
  • Own catchment analysis, sales forecasting, and impact modeling to support property investment decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality forecasts and recommendations to support the Property approval process.
  • Review performance of new stores and investments to identify learnings for future strategy.
  • Drive strategic business projects requiring locational and spatial insight.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across Property, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Significant experience in Location Planning, Spatial Analysis, or Property Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into commercial recommendations.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of locational, demographic, and customer data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Retail location planning experience.
  • Experience using GIS tools such as ArcGIS.
  • Experience using Alteryx for spatial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
