What you will do
- Support daily SAP system operations and resolve user issues.
- Analyze and optimize business processes across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements with IT teams.
- Provide user support and training for SAP modules.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, or WM/EWM.
