What you will do

• Support daily SAP system operations and resolve user issues.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements with IT teams.
• Provide user support and training for SAP modules.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, or WM/EWM.
